The staff was gentle, the bed was lovely. Very very good breakfast, top-notch service. We got silent and themed room. The location was phenomenal, near to restaurants, downtown and downtown Palm Springs. Also, it was within walking distance of Desert Healthcare Park.

Incredibly comfortable location, absolutely perfect rooms, fairly clean inside and out. Stuff was briliant and responsive to requests. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The service was personalised, totally satisfied. Loved Palm Springs, the hotel was COSY.

Marvellous service, delicious breakfast, particularly good location. I liked local cuisine served here. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Facilities were beautiful too😃

Ideal base for 1 night. The pool was great and the staff were loyal. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Really loved the food at their on-site restaurant Cafe Palmetto. We had an inner courtyard view and an iron, a multi-channel television and a writing table.

Friendly hotel staff. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. It was near to just modern. One of the dining options, dish creative cuisine, was 10 mins walk away...

A few steps away from Trio Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Hotel had a pool. We greatly enjoyed westcott.
